Are there martial art academies in japan with student homes?

Im moving to Japan next year so im trying to look for a martial art acdemy or school. Sort of like a regular school but only for martial arts where you go everyday for 5 or 8 hours BUT THEY ONLY TEACH MARTIAL ARTS. I have heard of schools that teach different martial arts like jujustsu monday karate tuesday ect.. but theres one problem see i need to find a place to live im 17 and i have heard that they have student homes for people that attened the school so if any one could give me a specific name of a martial art school that would be great. I would like the name of a really good school.
I prefer a school wear i donw have to do tons of chores and crap like that
I do not want to be some servant i just want to train not do chores
