Job Ideas for an art student with a $40,000 per yr tuition?

I just graduated I’m going to Maryland Institute College of Art in the fall. I got a 60,000 student loan, two dead end jobs that bring in about 12,000 a year (combined), and VERY little money from the Government and my parents are not involved. I’m not living on campus, because of cost.

Are there any jobs for young artists? I prefer it to be art related and not retail or anything. How do you submit a resume to bigger companies? Do you email it in? Deliver it to the office directly? Heeeeeeeeeelp
I need a long term job that’ll start up my career and that I can work the full 4 years at.
